Services may be offered:
- individually (report, digital content, consultation);
- as a subscription;
- in any other form of digital service specified at the time of the order.
Any order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these terms.
The services offered include in particular:
- personalized digital reports;
- downloadable or online-accessible digital content;
- individual or group consultations;
- subscriptions granting access to digital services for a specified period.
The essential characteristics of each service are presented before the order is confirmed.
The user agrees to provide accurate information necessary for proper service delivery.
Subscriptions grant access to digital services for a defined period, generally monthly, unless otherwise stated.
Unless otherwise specified, the subscription is automatically renewed at each billing date for an identical period.
When the offer includes a minimum commitment period, this is specified before subscription.
In such a case, early cancellation may result in the payment obligation remaining until the end of the agreed minimum period.
Without a minimum commitment, the user may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period and does not entitle the user to a refund for the period already paid.
The practical cancellation terms are indicated at the time of subscription.
Prices are stated in the applicable currency at the time of the order and include value-added tax where applicable.
Numerovya reserves the right to change its prices at any time.
The applicable price is the one in effect at the time the order or subscription is confirmed.
For subscriptions, the applicable price is the one in effect at the time of subscription and remains applicable for the duration of any commitment period.
Confirmation of the order or subscription constitutes conclusion of the contract.
Payment is processed through a secure payment provider.
Banking data is neither collected nor stored by Numerovya.
For subscriptions, payment is collected on a recurring basis according to the frequency chosen at the time of subscription.
In the event of a payment failure, access to the service may be suspended until the situation is resolved.
Suspension or termination by Numerovya: Numerovya reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to its services in the event of a breach of these terms, fraudulent use, attempts to circumvent security measures, or conduct that disrupts the proper functioning of the site or services.
Such suspension or termination shall not give rise to any refund in the event of misconduct attributable to the user.
Individual digital services are provided upon payment confirmation, by electronic transmission or made available via a secure link.
When the service includes the generation of a personalized report, it is produced from information provided by the user.
The downloadable digital content (PDF, audio file, or other format specified at the time of the order) constitutes the primary service delivery.
The user is responsible for saving the files transmitted.
An interactive online interface may be offered to facilitate access to or use of the content. This interface constitutes a supplementary service subject to technical changes.
The user is responsible for having the hardware, software, and internet connection compatible with accessing the digital services offered. Numerovya cannot be held liable for any malfunction due to technical incompatibility, improper configuration, or inappropriate use of the user's equipment.
Where applicable law provides for a right of withdrawal for contracts concluded remotely, it applies under the conditions set out by that law.
For consumers residing in the European Union, a fourteen-day right of withdrawal applies in principle to contracts concluded remotely.
However, for digital services provided immediately after payment, and for subscriptions whose performance begins without delay, the user expressly requests immediate provision of the service and acknowledges waiving their applicable right of withdrawal from the start of performance.
As a result, no refund may be requested after the digital service has been made available or the subscription performance has begun, unless required by mandatory law.
The consumer protection provisions applicable to individual consumers do not apply to professionals contracting in the course of their business.
All content, reports, materials, and elements provided are protected by intellectual property law.
Any reproduction, distribution, or use without prior authorization is prohibited.
These terms are governed by the law of the country where Numerovya is established.
For consumers residing in the European Union, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of their country of residence remain applicable.
Amicable dispute resolution: in accordance with provisions applicable to consumers, users residing in the European Union may use a free consumer mediation service for the amicable resolution of a dispute.

When a purchase results in the issuance of an access code, it must be activated within two months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated at the time of the order. If not activated within this period, the code may expire without right to a refund.
After the first report is generated, the reprinting service is accessible for a period of one month.
Beyond this period, Numerovya no longer guarantees the availability of the reprinting service or the associated interactive interface.
In the event the interactive online service is discontinued, users with active access will be notified within a reasonable period and will be able to download their content in a standalone format where available.
The services offered by Numerovya, including personalized reports and associated digital content, fall within the realm of personal development, introspection, and well-being.
The information, analyses, and recommendations mentioned, including those relating to energy or natural practices (such as lithotherapy, aromatherapy, Bach flower remedies, or similar approaches), are provided for informational purposes only.
They do not constitute in any case:
- a medical or psychological diagnosis;
- a treatment or prescription;
- a therapeutic consultation;
- legal or financial advice.
The services offered do not replace the support of a healthcare professional or any other qualified professional.
The user is solely responsible for the interpretation and use of the content provided.
Numerovya does not guarantee any particular outcome resulting from the use of its services.
In any event, Numerovya's liability shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the user for the service in question.
These general terms and conditions of sale are written in French.
In the event of translation into one or more other languages, the French version alone shall be authoritative and shall prevail in the event of contradiction, ambiguity, or divergence of interpretation.
Translations are provided for informational purposes only to facilitate understanding by users who do not speak French. They do not constitute an independent contractual version.
Numerovya reserves the right to modify these general terms and conditions of sale at any time.
The applicable version is the one in effect at the date of the order or subscription.
Numerovya shall not be held liable for the non-performance or delay in performance of its contractual obligations resulting from an event beyond its control and presenting the characteristics of force majeure within the meaning of applicable law.
The following are considered as such, without this list being exhaustive: natural disasters, fires, widespread failures of telecommunications or electricity networks, unavailability of hosting infrastructure or third-party service providers, administrative acts or government decisions, or any other unforeseeable, irresistible event beyond its control.
Performance of obligations is suspended for the duration of the force majeure event. If the impediment extends beyond a reasonable period, either party may terminate the contract without compensation.
